This reminds me of the time when Matt (my dear husband) took Danny to get a baseball bat.  Danny was about 10 years old, and the other kids on the team had some kind of titanium? very expensive bats.  Danny asked why he couldn't have one of those and Matt explained it this way:  "Would you rather have a fancy baseball bat, or Mickey?"  "MICKEY, definitely!" was Danny's reply. :D

Now Mickey and Kevin are asking for a little brother, but I can't have any more.  "We can adopt," they say.  I tell them that I would love to, but my health has to get better first.  "That's okay," was their reply, "we could take care of him!"
